Ellen is a Yoga Therapist, certified by the International Association of Yoga Therapists. Ellen's Yoga study began with a car accident which left her in chronic neck and shoulder pain, and it's associated stress. During her rehabilitation, after several months of twists and turns looking for a resolution, she found private Yoga Therapy.
Yoga Therapy is the practical application of yogic principles and techniques to help people manage their health issues. These strategies are then adapted for the individual to manage pain and stress, build strength, balance, improve vitality, and overall sense of wellbeing.
Yoga Therapy was so beneficial for Ellen, that she decided to study Yoga Therapy and change careers, with the intent to empower others who are looking for practical solutions to get them back to doing the things they love.
